my dad purchased jd tractor few years ago and it was fine. one week ago i bought bobcat t770 highflow from these guys - well - delivery was pretty fast and it's cool, tnx.

could not reach these guys for a couple of days was gettin' a voicemail all the time but finally we've talked on the phone. smart guys, know what they are doing. finally got a nice telehandler jcb from them. there was a little scratch on the body of jcb but i will survive

not picking up the phone for 2 days but finally they did. nice price but delivery took too long.

It seems that a lot of heavy equipment companies have gone national and the customer service left with them but not here. these guys greet you friendly when you walk in the door and the guys out in the yard are helpful and accommodating.

When I came to theirs office Kubota skid steer which I've seen in the pictures was clean and in theirs yard it was very very dirty. It's low hour machine but why it was so dirty inside and outside? Anyway I doubted these lowhours and I took it to local Kubota and I've paid $500 to them and the hours were true. No complaints except the dirty look of SVL75 Kubota.

I'm dealing with these folks for several years. I'm moving back and forth different heavy equipment. Buying and selling. I'm doing construction business and it's easier for me to buy an excavator from them and when my project will be done - I'm selling it back. It' more convenient than renting several heavy equipment units paying each day and having a headache just buying units from this company and then selling them back because I don't know when next time I will have another project and which heavy equipment I will need. Nice doing business with them.

I wanted to buy a skid steer and a mulcher. When I was in their office (in few days) the mulcher has been sold. Why did nobody tell me about it? Anyway I've got the skid steer and it's ok but I did not like this situation when someone is saying that yes we have a mulcher and finally the mulcher isn't there.

I really could not get it together with understanding which machine I should buy w/o DEF I rang so many dealerships and a lot of people were saying different things. This is the first company who knows (salesman David) exactly where DEF is and where it's not (usually depends on a horsepower (now I know!) if it's less then 75 hp skid steer means there is no DEF. I've purchased 2022 Kubota SVL75-2 which has 74.3 HP without DEF from these guys. Big thanks

I bought case backhoe. But - I could not find their office and when I kept calling - no one answered the phone and I had to leave coz couldnt find them. they have called me back and no one said sorry or anything like that. i went there the next day and the salesman gave me his cell phone and when i called him he did not answer it again. i was mad but he called me back in 15 min saying that he is xtremly busy or something. anyway i bought case backhoe from them but it was terrible to get in touch physically with these folks

My friend told me about this company and he had dealt with them for a couple of years. pretty flexible people, nice equipment.

I've mentioned on the phone that I'm going to WY from NE and it's kinda trip and I've asked them to not close their office till I will be there. The guy on the phone said that he would try to wait but he was not sure. What do you mean you are not sure? I am a potential client and I am willing to buy 90k machine from you guys. Well, they were working till 5pm and I was there at 5:39pm and nobody was there already. If you are selling 100k equipment you must be more flexible with your business hours. I do not recommend this company.

Friendly and always helpful! Nice folks, clean well maintained equipment at a fair price BUT sometimes it's hard to call'em because they are busy

I do not recall the sweet gal that helped me but she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and even though I had annoying questions she did not get (or sound) annoyed with me once! She helped me with finding and dropping off our uhaul. It doesn't seem like much but her personality was definitely wonderful when half the jerks in Colorado wouldn't go an extra inch to help me with making sure my UTV fit on a trailer! Thank you gal, you made my hauling experience 100% easier!

David was great to deal with. Truthful and honest. Delivery guy was a hoot as well. The machine was as described. Used CAT 313. So far so good. Only had for a few days paid for a full service on it and checked all the line points and all had fresh grease in them. Fluids and filters were all changed as well. Thanks Dave and your crew

I purchased two machines from them on the same day — a 2021 Kubota SVL97-2 and a 2020 Kubota SVL75-2. When I got them home, the SVL97-2 had 40 more hours than listed. Not a huge deal, but that’s about a $1,000 value difference, and they did nothing about it. Would have been different if it was a 2,500-hour machine, but this was a 910-hour unit.

This is my second machine I purchased from Jack in 3 months and really enjoyed the professional customer support and they genuinely want your business versus most of the heavy equipment spots could care less if you buy from them or not. I shopped all over and they have the best value for your $ and very thorough inspection of the machines.
